How this map is built. District boundaries come from the U.S. Department of Education's NCES EDGE geographic data. Performance figures — the Annual Performance Report (APR) score, accreditation status, and graduation rate — come from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), 2025 reporting. APR scores and accreditation status are shown as separate facts: DESE has stated it will not use 2025 APR scores to change accreditation classifications until after the 2026 report. Figures are provided for general information; verify current data with DESE or the district before making decisions. This tool does not rate or rank districts — it displays official state data.
