Chesterfield and Wildwood sold the same size house in 2026, a median of about 3,330 square feet, but not at the same price: $685,000 in Chesterfield versus $599,000 in Wildwood. Wildwood’s homes were also newer, built at a median 1992 versus 1982, so the same budget reached more of Wildwood’s market.

These numbers count only sales inside each city’s limits. A Chesterfield or Wildwood mailing address doesn’t confirm the city or the school district, so check the exact address.
